Our Services
Open Field Psychotherapy offers individual psychotherapy and carefully integrated ketamine-assisted psychotherapy within a relational, wholistic integrated multidisciplinary model of care. This means that psychotherapeutic and medical professionals work together, with clinical support throughout ketamine treatment.
How Ketamine Opens the Field
A wider perspective:
People may experience greater distance from the assumptions and narratives that have come to feel fixed or all-defining.
Greater self-compassion:
As self-criticism and defensive certainty soften, people may relate to themselves with more tenderness and understanding.
More freedom from entrenched patterns:
The experience can help clarify what is trying to emerge next: a new capacity, relationship, choice, or way of living.
An expanded repertoire for growth:
The experience can help clarify what is trying to emerge next: a new capacity, relationship, choice, or way of living.

Is ketamine right for you?
People often come to Open Field when familiar treatments have not brought enough movement, or when they feel constrained by persistent patterns of depression, anxiety, trauma, shame, relational difficulty, or a sense of being stuck.
We work with people who are interested not only in symptom relief, but also in greater psychological flexibility, self-understanding, relational capacity, and meaningful development.
Ketamine is not appropriate for everyone. Suitability is determined through both psychotherapeutic and medical assessment.

Integrated and Collaborative Care
Open Field works collaboratively with prescribing clinicians, therapists, psychiatrists, primary-care providers, and other members of a patient’s treatment team when appropriate and with permission. We also provide integration support for people receiving ketamine or other psychedelic treatment elsewhere, as well as consultation and supervision for clinicians developing or deepening KAP practice.
Begin with a Conversation
The first step is to talk about what brings you here, what you have already tried, and whether psychotherapy or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy may be a good fit.
